I have moved numerous times in my 84 years on this earth but never, never have I experienced the total professionalism as with my latest move. I found a realtor in Jacksonville, FL, near where I planned to relocate, through a family member. This realtor in turn, interviewed 15 realtors in the Melbourne, FL area from where I was moving, to list and sell my home. Needless to say, she found the BEST! During my interview with of Sotheby’s International Realty, I knew immediately that I had found a professional who would far exceed my expectations. Cindy worked tirelessly throughout the entire process. When I had questions or concerns, she was always promptly addressed. When the homeowner association declined my request for an estate sale, Cindy jumped in to assist us with the community yard sale, which luckily was scheduled during my moving time. She was here working through the entire process. If I had to be out of town during routine maintenance or repairs on my home, she was here to fill the void. Never have I experienced such great assistance Cindy provided. Out of a rating of 0 to 10, with 10 being the very best, I give Cindy a 10+ rating. If you are looking for professional and a responsive realtor she is the best!! She will make your real estate goals a reality.
